The general effect of the Orders would be to in: a) Southern Grove (outside Ennerdale House) - i) To remove the Permit Bay on the east side and replace it with a Single Yellow Line. ii) To introduce on existing Single Yellow Line a new 2 car space Permit Bay. iii) To reduce the existing Permit Bay by 1 car space at its north end and extend it southwards by 2 car spaces. b) Selsey Street - i) To convert the existing Single Yellow Line to Double Yellow Lines on both sides at its junction with St. Pauls Way. ii) To extend northwards the Resident Bay opposite Underhill House by 2 car spaces. iii) To introduce 7m of Single Yellow Line outside no.45 to partition the existing Resident Bay into 6 and 2 car spaces respectively. c) Westferry Road - i) To rescind the Cashless Pay and Display Bay on the east side (south of Byng Street) to Double Yellow Line and to upgrade the Double Yellow Line at this location to ‘ At Any Time’ Waiting and Loading Restrictions for traffic and safety reasons. ii) To upgrade existing Double Yellow Lines to ‘At Any Time’ Waiting and Loading Restrictions between a point 15m north of the north kerb line of Byng Street and Strafford Street. iii) To convert existing Single Yellow Line to ‘At Any Time’ Waiting and Loading Restrictions outside Express Wharf. d) Strafford Street – To upgrade existing Double Yellow Line to ‘At Any Time’ Waiting and Loading Restriction on the north side at its junction with Westferry Road.
