The restriction on vehicular traffic will enable essential works to be carried out on the public highway by J Murphy & Sons on behalf of Optimise Thames Water. The alternative routes for vehicular traffic will be via Whitechapel Road, Osborn Street, Old Montague Street and Greatorex Street.
