Once adopted, the Masterplan will be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications and aims to provide greater certainty for how the area will change for the local community, developers and other key stakeholders. In support of this, LBTH is requesting consultation responses on the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Determination Letter (which concludes that an SEA is required) and the SEA Scoping Report for the South Quay Masterplan. With respect to the SEA Scoping Report, LBTH is keen to understand whether consultees agree with the proposed scope of the Assessment, or whether there is additional information/ assessment required. The consultation is taking place between 15 September and 20 October 2014 (midnight).
