You will use your significant school office experience to carry out all administrative duties in order to maintain the efficient running of the school. Using your outstanding organisational and communication skills you will be asked to manage the Headteacher’s diary, arrange meetings and handle difficult situations with sensitivity. You will have excellent drafting skills in order to regularly minute meetings, draft letters, prepare documents for meetings, and take messages and return phone calls on behalf of the Headteacher. Extensive HR knowledge and experience is essential in order to advise the Headteacher and Governing Body on all personnel matters including staff appointments, induction, attendance, disciplinary, grievance, and harassment procedures. Public notices PUBLIC NOTICE THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16A TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC DERBYSHIRE STREET (“POCKET PARK”) ORDER 2014 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets made the abovementioned Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by Special Events Act 1994). The effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicular traffic from entering, stopping or proceeding in Derbyshire Street for a distance of approximately 40 metres to the eastern-most end from its junction with the northern arm of Derbyshire Street. The restrictions on vehicular traffic will enable the Derbyshire Street “Pocket Park” Event to be held on the public highway. However, access will be provided for Police, Fire and Ambulance vehicles in an emergency or access may also be provided with the permission of a police officer in uniform or for the purposes of the event.
