West End leading lady and Broadway star Kerry Ellis (pictured top) returns for the final leg of the critically acclaimed UK concert tour of hit Broadway show. Reprising her role as Mimi, she said: “I am thrilled to be returning to this production for its final dates. “I had so much fun the first time round with this amazing cast and it’s great to see that there is such demand for our show.” Celebrating 20 years since its first staged performance, Rent follows a year in the life of a group of friends struggling to make it in New York City under the shadow of HIV/AIDS. The winner of the Tony Award for Best Musical and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, the musical has become something of a pop cultural phenomenon laid-back contemporary music with traditional folk and jazz of her homeland, Tunisia. £12, £10 in advance.
