PUBLIC NOTICE THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – FIELDGATE STREET E1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, proposes to make an Order, which will prohibit vehicular traffic from entering, stopping or proceeding in the length of carriageway in Fieldgate Street for a distance of approximately 20 metres from its junction with New Road. The restriction on vehicular traffic will enable essential works to be carried out on the public highway by Cappagh Browne on behalf of Thames Water. Throughout the duration of the works, and at times when the “one way” traffic signs are covered, the existing one-way working in Fieldgate Street between its junction with New Road and its junction with Myrdle Street will be temporarily suspended.
