Mixed reactions to Gateway plans BY STAFF REPORTER PLANS for improvement works at a sheltered housing scheme in Bow were presented to residents at an open public consultation event on September 1. Gateway Housing Association, which runs Vic Johnson House in Armagh Road, hosted the event and invited residents to review the proposals, discuss the plans with designers and staff, ask questions and comment on the scheme.
