This 12 month scheme offers a great opportunity for any young person who would like to achieve a nationally recognised qualification whilst gaining valuable work experience. Successful candidates will be placed in teams across the council. LBTH are asking for the following entry criteria: • be a resident of the borough • be aged between 16–24 years old (17-24 for Youth Work) • have grade D or above in GCSE English and grade E or above in GCSE Maths (or equivalent) • must not hold a degree or level 4 qualifications • be committed to the council’s core values of achieving results, engaging with others, valuing diversity and learning effectively.
