We are seeking to employ a full time maintenance person and relief staff to work in this exciting and challenging environment using a person centred approach. You will need to be highly motivated and passionate about supporting clients to make positive life choices and empowering them to lead more sustainable lifestyles. Maintenance Person Starting salary £20,829 per annum | Hours: 40 hours per week Duties include general maintenance tasks, painting and decorating and the supervision of resident volunteers. Benefits include: Excellent training and development opportunities. 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, season ticket loan. Assistant Support Worker (Relief) £8.71 hourly rate + relief allowance To work alongside Support workers in supporting clients The hours include evenings and weekends. Night Concierge (Relief) £8.71 hourly rate + relief allowance and night allowance Duties include ensuring the security and safety of the building and some cleaning duties.
